Clear ice maker machine in stainless steel
The TC range of ice makers uses a spray system to produce crystal clear, slow melting ice cubes. This makes the unit ideal for use in cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, fast-food venues, and other hospitality establishments that require ice for drinks, cocktails, or keeping food such as fresh fish cool. The exterior of the unit is made from 304 stainless steel; the door at the front of the unit allows quick access to an insulated storage bin, which features Ag+ antibacterial technology to help prevent the formation of bacteria and odors. To ensure that the ice cube maker runs efficiently, the unit has a air filter that is easy to remove and clean. The TC ice maker uses a low energy air-cooled system, which means it takes in the surrounding air and uses this to cool down the refrigeration system. The capacity of the ice maker is therefore affected by the ambient temperature surrounding it as well as the temperature of the water it takes in.
